LYCA is among the very few audit firms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which is registered with the Capital Market Authority as a Registered Accounting Firm and are authorized to carry out financial statement audits of entities and funds regulated by CMA such as listed companies, investment funds, the stock exchange (Tadawul), depository center, and capital market institutions (licensed to manage securities, with the exception of management or legal advice).
In addition to the routine statutory audits and tax / zakat compliances services, we specialize in complex scoping for consultancy and risk advisory services. This is accomplished by providing customized solutions to our clients, considering rapidly changing market conditions.
