Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Statements Audit Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the audit process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead financial statement audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary financial information, assess risks, and develop audit plans tailored to each engagement.
- Review and evaluate financial statements, internal controls, and accounting systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development and enhance team performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, providing insights, and presenting audit findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations, auditing standards, and industry trends, and incorporate relevant updates into audit procedures and methodologies.
- Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities to provide value-added services and expand the firm's client base.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on financial statement audits.
- Proven track record of managing audit engagements and leading teams to successful outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to assess complex financial data and identify key insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using data analytics tools preferred.

- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal) required.
