Imad has 17 years of experience as a US CPA in two of the Big Four accounting Firms. He started his career with EY and worked for 3 years, then he worked for PwC for 14 years. He provided thorough and accurate financial assessments ensuring these are fairly presented and free from material fraud or error. Skilled at developing and implementing audit policies and internal controls, conducting extensive data reviews, and assessing risk.
Imad has also been involved in dealing with group audits, complex accounting issues relating to business combinations and impairments.
